Site Strip and reduce levels across the entire site
Soil stabilization – 50,000m3 including all certification & sign off on completion to Consulting Engineer’s requirement (POGA)
Removal of unsuitable material off site to EPA licenced landfill – circa. 40,000m3
Removal & clearing of all site vegetation incl. tree felling to EPA licenced landfill
Site Development:
Main line drainage both Storm & Foul inclusive of all testing requirements and installation of Manholes – Taking in charge to new Foul network (Uisce Éireann) & Storm Water Network(Wicklow Co Co) handover & sign off by mentioned stakeholders
Watermain including testing chlorination & taken in charge / sign-off by Uisce Éireann.
Roads, Tar, Line Marking, Footpaths
ESB, Telecoms, Fibre Ducting & Public Lighting to all house units & roads.
