Key Devliverables:

Site Development & House Curtilage, New roads network for the Development 4.5km single lane carriage way with cycle tracks, footpaths ,ponds ,park lands, retaining structures, soil stabilization and road surfacing

Enabling Works

Site Strip and reduce levels across the entire site
Soil stabilization – 50,000m3 including all certification & sign off on completion to Consulting Engineer’s requirement (POGA)
Removal of unsuitable material off site to EPA licenced landfill – circa. 125,000m3
Removal & clearing of all site vegetation incl. tree felling to EPA licenced landfill

Site Development:

Main line drainage both Storm & Foul inclusive of all testing requirements and installation of Manholes – Taking in charge to new Foul network (Uisce Éireann) & Storm Water Network(Wicklow Co Co) handover & sign off by mentioned stakeholders.
Watermain including testing chlorination & taken in charge / sign-off by Uisce Éireann.
Roads, Tar, Line Marking, Footpaths
ESB, Telecoms, Fibre Ducting & Public Lighting to all house units & roads.

House Curtilage:

House Foundations
Internal & External house drainage
Placement of UÉ Inspection chambers
Floors, Insulation, Radon
Footpaths externally , Paving ,Boundary walls and Fencing & Gates to rear gardens
