Cowman Civil Engineering was founded in 1991 by Tom Cowman and was initially focused on subcontracting civil works from major building companies. Over the past 20 years, the leadership team in the business saw that the requirement for high quality utility projects, power & renewables, water, construction, civil engineering works and residential site development were of paramount importance and took the opportunity to become a complete full turn Civil Engineering Contractor.

We pride ourselves on building good working relationships with our clients for both the public & private sector, delivering turn key projects that meet our clients exact specifications whilst maintaining complete transparency and open communication.

Since its foundation as a family run company, we take pride in the standards we achieve, which culminates in numerous repeat contracts with our clients. We focus on continuing to grow and evolve our business by developing new clients within our portfolio and maintaining a strong and transparent relationship with existing clients.

Our hands-on approach by management, supplemented by our experience and knowledge of the industry ensures that contracts are delivered as efficiently, effectively and safely as possible. In the current dynamic environment we continue to diversify to meet the industry requirements and to become a trusted infrastructure and development delivery partner.
